Jim Wilson's "Hands on Communications" training has been of great benefit for Cricket Australia.

Jim's training has not only provided many of our staff, players and executives increased confidence when dealing with media issues, but also provided them with the tools to ensure that we continually refer back to our key messages in any media situation.

Cricket Australia deals with an extremely high volume of media queries and "Hands on Communications" has certainly helped the organisation manage such a large - and often intense - media workload.

Jim has also provided several Cricket Australia staff (including Public Affairs and Executive teams) with presentation training that has assisted participants in becoming more effective and confident communicators.
